Not at all happy with that We had booked a room in playa del carmen for march 1 2023 and when we arrived at the hotel, they said we had no bookings with them even though we had prepaid LOL and we had the reservation number and the hotel voucher but they had no information on us and would not honour the voucher so we had to leave and find a room 2:30 am when most hotels were closed.
