Song of Fire by Johnnie Walker - Blended Scotch Whisky: Song of Fire is a limited edition whisky inspired by HBO's Game of Thrones series. Fire consumes everything it touches. It melts steel to hone the sharpest, deadliest blade. Fire courses through the veins of House Targaryen and is made flesh in the form of its dragons. With fire in their blood the Targaryen dragons breathe ferocious flames. Like a scorching blaze, they roar their verse of A Song of Fire. Johnnie Walker is calling on Game of Thrones fans to declare their allegiance, Stark or Targaryen, Direwolf or Dragon. Whether it's fire you desire or you have ice in your veins, Johnnie Walker has a Game of Thrones whisky for you.In celebration of the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones, Diageo and HBO have released a series of limited-edition single malt whiskies, each paired with one of the iconic Houses of Westeros. House Stark is resilient, strong and has the ability to thrive in even the most extreme of conditions that are thrown at Winterfell, the Stark’s home. Dalwhinnie is known for being one of the highest distilleries in Scotland – it is cold and remote much like Winterfell. It makes the two an iconic pairing. Naturally, Dalwhinnie’s Winter Frost is best served chilled or over ice. White Walker by Johnnie Walker was created by whisky specialist and blender George Harper. The blend includes single malts from Cardhu and Clynelish, one of Scotland’s northernmost distilleries; and is best served from the freezer, according to the company, as a special temperature-controlled design will be revealed. If you prefer your whisky in single malt form, you can choose your dram from one of the nine houses of Westeros. Johnnie Walker Launches Game of Thrones™ Collection

Mine is short and simple. I only bought these 2 bottles because they well discounted. ( can’t source White Walker). Not intended for opening as I know JW’s reputation (aside from the green of course)

White Walker will debut at frozen distillery pop-ups this Saturday at New York Comic Con, according to the announcement. The ninth and final bottling in the Game of Thrones Limited Edition Single Malt Scotch Whisky Collection, the Six Kingdoms Mortlach pays tribute to one of the show’s most powerful characters and the fate of Westeros, whose long-held Seven Kingdoms ultimately became six at the conclusion of the show’s climatic battle for the Iron Throne. In celebration of the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones, Diageo and HBO have released a series of limited-edition single malt whiskies, each paired with one of the iconic Houses of Westeros. For over 200 years Lagavulin has been crafted on the shores of Islay. Even though the distillery’s output is modest compared to some of its counterparts on the mainland, Lagavulin is easily one of the most iconic single malt whiskies in the world. Its whisky is made with the same calculation and tenacity employed by the Lannister’s in their rise to conquer the Iron Throne. This Lagavulin is a roaring whisky that recalls the Lannister’s riches and is best served neat or with a drop of water. In celebration of the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones, Diageo and HBO have released a series of limited-edition single malt whiskies, each paired with one of the iconic Houses of Westeros. House Greyjoy rules the Iron Islands and worships the Drowned God. Talisker was a natural fit for House Greyjoy as this single malt is distilled in one of the most remote and rugged areas of Scotland, the Isle of Skye. The layered flavors and the maritime character of the Talisker Select Reserve are the result of its wave-battered shores and the maturation in heavily charred and refill casks.

Song of Ice by Johnnie Walker - Blended Scotch Whisky: Ice shapes mountains and stops rivers. It’s an unforgiving force that hardens everything it touches. Ice is embodied by House Stark, giving the North strength like no other kingdom. The Stark sigil, a Direwolf, bares its fangs and warns that Winter Is Coming. Like an icy northern wind, it howls its verse of A Song of Ice. Johnnie Walker is calling on Game of Thrones fans to declare their allegiance, Stark or Targaryen, Direwolf or Dragon. Wheter it's fire you desire or you have ice in your veins, Johnnie Walker has a Game of Thrones whisky for you.

In April 2019, sources say, the eighth and allegedly final season of Game of Thrones will finally air on HBO. However, Johnnie Walker would have us believe that winter is already here. Johnnie Walker parent, Diageo announced on Monday that its Scotch whisky brand officially launched a line of GOT-inspired whiskies. This whisky is supposed to evoke the idea of being around dragons by its use of Caol Ila in the blend. A workhorse distillery that makes up the main peaty component of all standard Johnny Walker blends, but seems to be all but absent from this blend. I was hoping for a massive peat-forward blend that poured like a bonfire, but as you’ll see below, it was barely a match strike. Inspired by the terrifying “White Walkers” from the popular HBO series Game of Thrones, whisky expert George Harper – together with Johnnie Walker’s master blenders – created a whisky that centered around to Freezing North from the series. Clynelish, a distillery from the Scottish Northern Highlands, is an important component of the blend. The “Striding Man” is outfitted with armor and weaponry inspired by the army of the Night King. Keep your bottle in the freezer, and “Winter is Here” will appear on the side of the bottle.
