Despite the obvious effort here to give each alien their own combat prowess, all of the fights in Ben 10: Power Trip can be completed with simple button mashing. My brood of kids still occasionally dive into the 2017 Ben 10 game from Outright Games but because the game is linear and single player, it has caused its fair share of bickering over who’s turn it is to play and whose save game is whose. I didn’t see any options for multiplayer though, which is a shame as it would have been great to play with parents or friends – maybe the other Ben 10 game coming in 2018 will include this?

However, die-hard platinum trophy hunters will most likely have the game fully completed within about 4-5 hours (based on their skill). Studelbek is an impressively large map to play around in, one of the largest I’ve seen in a game aimed at children. The first alien you’ll unlock will be Heatblast/Hot Shot who can perform a double jump allowing you to reach higher ledges and can burn down obstacles barring your path.Transform into Alien Forms: The game allows players to transform into 10 different alien forms, each with their unique abilities and powers, including Four Arms, Heatblast, Diamondhead, and more. Ben, like Overflow, after facing the Queen Bee's henchmen, navigates the stage of her show, and makes jokes just for Gwen howling. Also, similar to old-school games like Streets of Rage and Golden Axe, you will walk to the right and be placed inside walled-off areas until all enemies are defeated.

This plan uses the power of the void to lock Ben (and Kevin) out of their Omnitrix (and Antitrix) which prevents them from transforming into their aliens counterparts. Owners of a PS4 disc copy must insert it into the PS5 every time they want to download or play the PS5 digital version. Which in turn was actually good as it gave me an overview of all the aliens, although for the wrong reason. Upgrade System: The game offers an upgrade system, allowing players to upgrade their alien forms and abilities as they progress through the game. Overall, "Ben 10" offers an enjoyable experience for fans of the animated series, allowing them to use their favorite alien forms to battle enemies and solve puzzles in an immersive and exciting game world.

It's Hero Time: Ben, Gwen, and Grandpa Max once again have their cross-country road trip in the Rust Bucket cut short by super villains and their evil, world-threatening plans.

The most strategic you’ll have to be against the array of 10 or so enemy types in the game (which get their own visual look depending on what area of the game you’re in) is against a big chunky foe which can’t be harmed from the front and must be attacked in the rear. These three areas all look very different and offer a bit of variety and change into the game with new enemies. Use each alien’s unique abilities to navigate the world and solve puzzles, and their amazing combat abilities—including Ultimate Attacks—to take down the bad guys. After that, Ben takes several tents as a way to make up for the ones he destroyed while testing new powers.

Ben, while trying to catch a bee, notices that Gwen and Max were kidnapped by The Bug Gang, leading him to follow them to their hiding at an old iron, which, at the end of the level, he enters into a cave.
