Since gin is made by adding juniper, herbs, fruit, and spices to the spirit, this means that navy strength gin not only has more alcohol but also more of the original taste.Our carefully selected botanicals are added to our stills (with the exception of the violets) and left to macerate overnight in a wheat based neutral grain spirit.
