Melted Chocolate Bonnie is one of five animatronic skins/characters to reuse other skins/characters workshop animations, the others are Little Red Chica, Big Bad Foxy, and Sunken Toy Bonnie. In this case, Little Red Chica reuses Scorching Chica's workshop animation and Big Bad Foxy reuses Ringmaster Foxy's workshop animation instead of receiving an original workshop animation for themselves. Sunken Toy Bonnie reuses Toy Bonnie's workshop animation. Piranha Plushtrap reuses Plushtrap's workshop animation.

A greenish-grey Toy Chica dressed to fit the role for the Day of the Dead, with Calavera Cupcake as her companion. If a visual hallucination occurs while Bonnie or Chica are in their respective hall corners on Night 1, Night 2, or Night 3, the sound clip will continue to play until they leave the corners. The only skins to not be featured in any merchandise are the Haunted Forest skins and the Winter Wonderland skins. Strangely, despite being in the Arcade Mayhem merch line, System Error Toy Bonnie was the only character to not feature his own shirt. Chocolate Bonnie is the only animatronic skin of the whole set to have his own related skin, which is specifically Melted Chocolate Bonnie.
