Book is sturdy- a little bulky but that is to be expected with the textures and activities provided in the book. There is a page with apples that can Velcro onto a tree and 1 Apple has already come off the Velcro in the first use (was just glued on) also the front snap fastening does not work, it is much too cheap and does not snap closed which given my mums late stages of dementia caused her some distress and she spent most of her time just trying to close the book.
