About this deal

This story is pretty fast pace and I think and I think the writing is just absolutely wonderful clearly wonderful Celia never disappoints me. It's definitely one of those stories which is unforgettable and I don't really want to give too much away so that people actually get to read it and enjoy it like I did This isn't a light read, rather one that makes you sit and reflect upon it as you go through it. Alice develops the ability to see people's emotions as auras and how this interacts between different people. She struggles with her mother, who is later diagnosed as bipolar, and younger brother, but is supported by her older brother. The story follows Alice through her life and the detrimental effect that her ability has on her interactions with others. I’ve just begun writing my new novel which will be the 20th novel I publish. Have you ever made a literary pilgrimage? Did being the daughter of a former taoiseach help prepare you for being a public figure or encourage you to keep a low profile?

The audiobook narrated by Amy McAllister was good, especially the distinction she provides to different characters. A beautiful cover – very apt for the story. Sehr empfehlenswert! I find other ways of getting things out there. I think I take rejection quite well. Of course it’s disappointing and you can be floored for a little bit but then I start to think, what’s the other way that I can do this? I have a bit of tunnel vision in that respect – what’s the other route I can take? That is very much part of my personality. Hence the thing about the forklift.’So you’d have to wonder if anyone ever turns down her ideas, given her stratospheric career. ‘Oh my God there’s so much rejection,’ she insists. ‘It’s important for people to hear that because not everything I do works. Particularly for TV – for every one thing that works I probably have five that haven’t. That’s just part of it.’ This brings a unique element to the story so much. Kudos for all the intense and correct research into it. I am excited that so many people who taste this book will know of it. I have a friend who smalls things as colours and tells me mould is like a dark murky purple. For those who don’t know, I am a huge Cecelia Ahern fan having read every book on release from P.S. I Love You, which still remains one of my favourite ever books. So it is safe to say that as soon as a new title from Cecelia is announced quite a lot of excitement follows which was accelerated further this time due to receiving an advanced readers copy of the upcoming 2023 release. I wanted to know, love and protect Alice. Her life starts out very tough and my heart ached for her. So many things happen in her lifetime and it’s a really emotive story. The characters are each so interesting also and their roles in Alice’s life is fascinating. This is a book that will stir many emotions. I have cried twice reading a book in my lifetime of thousands and the ending of this had tears running down my cheeks.

Over the years, and with the help of certain people, she begins to learn how to live with this 'gift', as it is described to her, but not without many battles. I have had a life-long relationship with colours. Enduring them, accepting them, surrendering to them.' Oh, how excited I was to read the latest book by Cecelia Ahren! "A mainstream book about people like me! Wow." I marvelled. If you asked me to describe this book in a colour, I would call it the blue of a mist - pretty to look at but not very discernable. If you asked me how I felt reading it, I'd say it tugged at my heartstrings but it also left me a bit confused - what was the point? Is it a sort of bildungsroman? Just a story of a woman with Synesthesia? If you asked me whether I would recommend the book to others, I'd say it depends on whether you would like to spend an evening reading about a woman, her struggles with her undiagnosed condition, beautiful relationship with her older brother, complicated relationship with her mother and a romance that just didn't seem right.

She does manage to live a life of her own, with the urging of her older brother, and moves away from the toxic environment that is her childhood home. I have had a life-long relationship with colours. Enduring them, accepting them, surrendering to them.” My neurologist told me that Lewis Carroll, who wrote Alice in Wonderland, also experienced aura migraines. The book has always been one of my favourites and hearing that, it totally makes sense to me you know, with the Mad Hatter with his rambling and nonsensical language, things being big and then small, far away and close. So I called my character Alice because of that.’ Ist es ein Fluch oder ein Segen? Alice hat die Fähigkeit, in Farben zu visualisieren. Sie kommt aus einer suboptimalen Familie und kämpft sich durchs Leben.

Beautiful, moving and unexpected, In a Thousand Different ways is an unforgettable story. This is Cecelia Ahern at her very best’ Louise O’Neill and bad ways. Her initial aim is to protect herself from feeling what others feel as it’s too draining but she finds in time that emotion is what makes us human. The Story over all I felt had quite a bit of magical realism in bit of magical realism in it which really drawn me into the story itself, If your a fan of T.J klune then I think you will live this . The book is a laudable effort and appeals to you if you are patient and want to understand a unique life.Original thinkers (when they use their powers for good.) You are supreme ruler for a day. Which law do you pass or abolish? Thanks so much for reading my review, I look forward to reading any comments. Feel free to browse my books read for your next great read. At 41, it’s quite young to be in perimenopause but, without going into the symptoms, Cecelia says she just knew something was wrong. ‘I definitely felt it, I didn’t feel balanced,’ she says. ‘I listen to my body a lot and always try to balance myself out in lots of different ways, whether it’s exercise, diet, looking at different alternative therapies and things to do just to feel good.’ Shoreline Hotel, Donabate, Co.
