We don't own one but we go to a park that has tons of those little cars and DS loves them, he's actually obsessed with them, he won't touch any other playground equipment but he loves steering wheels! Colwyn was given one against my will (I knew he wasn't old enough yet and didn't want to deal with it), and it's been a major pain in the butt.
