About this deal

Megan has children, and her youngest daughter is named Emma. The last time that she glimpsed her daughter was on her birthday. She was three. It has now been two years later and Emma is nowhere to be found. The Word Game was included in the Top 20 Novels to be Written by Women in 2015 by Good Housekeeping. The Word Game also won the 2015 USA Books Award for Best Fiction and her novel, The Memory Child was a finalist in the same category. St. Joseph's Indian Residential School was operated for nearly a century by Roman Catholic nuns before being demolished in 1966. Her first call was to the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board, but she came up empty-handed. She then connected with a cousin from Nova Scotia who had been conducting her own genealogical research. That cousin would eventually obtain Emma’s century-old death certificate, which she immediately shared with Hermiston. The twists and turns - I'm being honest when I say I didn't see them. Most authors would have started out with a safe path and maybe twisted some of those paths to bring conflict, but every single twist and turn, it became obvious there were no safe paths.

Addicts are brilliant liars, Inspector. They lie to themselves and then to everyone else. They’re in denial about their problem, and they are experts at finding excuses and other people to blame,” Over all, I had a great time reading this. This is a vanilla porter gem in a sea of 90-minute double IPA (if you get what I mean *wink*).At Village Media, our goal is to cover the stories that matter most: the ones right in your neighbourhood. Emma was last seen in the immediate vicinity of the Empress Hotel between 7:00-8:00pm on Nov 28th 2012. The scene where Peter showed his journal to Megan was crucial, not only to their storyline as a couple, but at showing how Peter was handling Emma’s disappearance. Did that change the way you looked at Peter at all? Did it affect how you viewed Megan and her thoughts about her marriage and her husband? The letter continues: “The Matron of the Hospital reported the death of the girl to me and requested that the Department should bear the expense of the burial. In view of this, I instructed the Undertaker and Cemetery officials to proceed with the funeral and will report the expense thereof when the accounts are received.”I just finished Lies me tell ourselves. Just loved it. I feel that there is a sequel. If so, what is the title, please. If there were ever a quiet male lead that really pulled me in, it may just be Finn. I loved watching him fight for Emma -- even when she pushes him away. These two have some personal demons they need to work through, and the journey they together was lovely to read. After taking out the CYPHERs, head to the southern area, towards Strut L. There's a fire here, so pull the coolant out again and extinguish the fires. After the fire is out, pull Emma along and go towards the next door. Raiden will realize it requires a level 5 key card, which Emma conveniently has, which allows you to proceed. Hannah carried a lot of guilt on her young shoulders regarding Emma’s disappearance. Why do you think that was? Why do you think she never let go of that guilt? I'm not the type of person who likes to figure thi The whole idea of a revenge list intrigued me. I knew to be on the lookout for a twisted ending, after all, that's what the Queen of endings does - she twists them and they're always a surprise to me. When I first started this book I was a little unsure about it, because it started off a bit slow. But shortly after, the book grabbed my attention and there was drama all over the place. I got to a point where I couldn't stop reading. I had no idea what was going to happen next or who was going to end up with who. Finding Emma is no where near predictable and that's what I loved so much! The love in this book is so strong. The scene Megan witnessed at the cemetery was instrumental in her decision to say goodbye to Emma. How did you feel at that point?
