My heart rate was up, my mind was racing and I was blown away that a book could deliver the same impact as a big-screen action thriller.

He's written multiple non-fiction books including Australia's Hardest Prison: Inside the Walls of Long Bay Jail, Australia's Most Murderous Prison and Australia's Toughest Prisons: Inmates. The book is about a young soldier, Riley Jax, who was convicted and jailed for a murder he can't remember committing.
