The GEL-Trabuco™ 10 GTX trail shoe is designed to keep your feet dry when you’re running in wet conditions. Featuring a rock protection plate to improve the protection on difficult terrain, it still offers flexibility at the forefoot.

The main thing with running shoes is for them to feel comfy so if you currently get on well with a shoe designed to help with overpronation then this could be an excellent winter trail version for you.

The lugged outsole pattern features ASICS GRIP rubber while incorporating an uphill and downhill lug pattern on the lateral and medial side of the shoe to improve traction on slippery terrain. The Gel-Trabuco 10 GORE-TEX shoe has been re-engineered from top to bottom to assert itself as an all-around trail pioneer. Make a mark at your longest toe and then measure the distance from the mark to the edge of the paper. With GORE-TEX panelling on the upper, this shoe helps prevent rain and mud from entering the shoe’s interior. I thought of giving the Trabuco 10 a try after enjoying runs in the Fuji Trabuco Lyte, the predecessor of the Fuji Lite 2 .
