Although only a 30ml metered spray it is a concentrated formula and I find two sprays on the pillow or sheet is sufficient for a long lasting therapeutic relaxing effect which helps lull you into sleep. Another great product from Neom and I would recommend. For a pre bedtime soak, pour a cap full of Perfect Night's Sleep Bath Foam into running water and let the feeling of calm wash over you.
