Chase Distillery is the first distillery in the UK dedicated to the field to bottle cause where all of their spirits are grown, distilled and bottled on their rural Herefordshire farm. Our Distillery is part of a rich landscape famed for its fertile farmland and distinctive red soil – so it’s no wonder that some of the best-tasting crops are produced here. The balancing of sweet and warm spice notes is achieved by marrying together spring-crop Rhubarb and Oriental ginger. On the nose it has powerful notes of pink grapefruit combined with subtle hints of juniper and lime zest.
