It uses single malt Irish whiskey, chosen for its soft and smooth blend – combined seamlessly with Belgian white chocolate and fresh Irish cream by their dedicated makers in Co Cavan. Plus, Santa’s Little Helper, a Coole Swan classic from our great friend Neven Maguire at MacNean House.
As you'd expect, it's suitably velvety and sweet, though none of that cloying sweetness to be found here! Owned and run by a husband and wife team on their family farm in Co Meath, Ireland, Coole Swan is an Irish liqueur through and through. Based on the Victorian Milk Bottles, the glass bottles are produced by Hrastnik in Slovenia and decorated in Poland by Dekor Glass.
The balancing of sweet and warm spice notes is achieved by marrying together spring-crop Rhubarb and Oriental ginger.
