Soft by Al Rehab Perfume Oil, a delightful fragrance that encapsulates the essence of elegance and sophistication.I put the oil version on after my shower, using the directions someone had posted on this site (put it on your hands, rub your hands together, rub your hands over your skin), and wow. From what I can tell Al-Rehab recycles the caramel + citrus combo in two more scents, I will be sampling those too but my hopes aren’t up after this.

Soft is light, well-balanced, and delectable to the point that I'm kinda surprised it's so inexpensive! I loved this perfume when I first bought it, and honestly the smell is delicious, syrupy sweetness, but it simply gives me a headache. If I wear it over lotion it lasts 24 hours - at that point it's a skin scent but still wafts around when I move. Al-Rehab is the Middle East's leading perfume manufacturer which creates fine traditional Arabian and oriental perfumes. Maybe I’ll try layering with it (can anyone see anything in my shelf that they think it would go with as I’m terrified of layering!It's the only perfume that I've had that lasted so long on my skin and smelled so strongly (not in an overpowering way, in the "Wow! Although the lemon is definitely screechy at first spray, once it begins to dry down it becomes a cute, inoffensive, sweet citrus candy scent. I never wear that one because it smells like burnt plastic on me and I can't stand it on myself, even though when my son wears it around the house I like the sweet sillage.

Maybe I am just slightly anosmic to this scent, but in terms of longevity and projection, I think this performs like any other affordable EDP. I layer this with Malaia from Hollister and it’s a stunning Sandalwood, vanilla, caramel and lemon concoction! At first you get a lot of citrus which also lingers, but after half an hour the smell becomes a bit rounder with vanilla and sugar. As it evolves, the delicate notes of jasmine come to life, adding a touch of floral elegance to the composition. Soft - Eau De Perfume by Al-Rehab is a harmonious symphony of scents that dances gracefully on your skin.it’s just that the lemon in this can be overwhelmingly synthetic which i’m not a fan of - the background smells like pink sugar but it’s overtaken by the potent fake lemon cake smell.
