I was sent this product as a star reviewer, I probably wouldn’t have purchased this if I’d realised what it was. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging. But these sponges that Ocado sent me to review seem to have held together fairly well, I’ve been using them on average 5/7 times a week to clean my bath and no signs of either layer coming apart and I’m still using the first sponge. The synthetic material easily absorbs spillages, while the non-scratch fabric helps protect surfaces as you clean.
