Deliveries are usually with you 24/48 hours after the goods leave us, but recently have been taking slightly longer. Next the potatoes are transferred to a traditional copper pot still where steam is used to raise the temperature and encourage distillation. The heart is the good spirit and this batch is taken through the entire 42 bubble plate process again ending up with a spirit at 96% ABV.

Chase Vodka is made with only two ingredients: potatoes from their farm and water from their bore hole, making it the only true Single-Estate spirit in the UK. It’s a 10 year ageing process which ensures Gran Centenario Plata is a silver tequila with depth and standout characteristics which make it memorable. Another market leading cognac, Hennessy’s rich and full-bodied flavours strike a special balance which makes it so popular. Using a pretty, bespoke copper batch pot and unique 70 foot rectification column (the tallest in Europe), the result is a really pure vodka that is beautifully smooth with a naturally sweet and creamy taste. Vapours rise up through the 70 ft tall rectification column, resulting in a vodka that has effectively been distilled 119 times.

The production process involves peeling, heating and mashing the potatoes before adding yeast for fermentation. Their vodka is distilled five times and their gin, which has been described as the most complicated gin in the world, over 100 times!
