The odd thing is that this monitor is detected in Device Manager and shows that all drivers are uptodate etc, but there is still no output on the screen, yet as soon as I connect this via VGA, it works fine.

The monitor itself is on a stand that can be height, tilt and swivel adjusted and also fully removed for VESA mounting. But if you’re using a regular DP to DP cable and still having trouble, have you confirmed your display is set to the correct input?
