Bright Neroli opens up rather synthetic and soapy, give it 10 minutes and it becomes a slightly spicy, soapy neroli bomb that lasts longer than I expected.

There's a strong floral facet going on in Bright Neroli but I don't know if it has to do with the orange blossom itself, the relative levels of that note and neroli, or how the citrus or aromatic notes combine with the neroli and orange blossom. I don't know if the leather cap is influencing me, but it does have a slight leathery ruggedness to it, both in smell and character. This combination adds layers of complexity, with the floral notes complementing the citrus, and the touch of pepper contributing a hint of spice.Sharp lemon blast in the opening (the 'bright' bit) lasts about 20mins on me, then settles down to a lovely neroli scent on the skin. I guess a guy could wear this and maybe it does have some oldschool vibes (which I'm unfamiliar with) but the scent itself isn't very masculine to me nor likable at all. But the slight cloying nature of this floral accord may prompt me to reverse Bright Neroli and Radiant Bergamot. Those looking for performance above all else may find much to admire about how this "freshie" wears.

For example, some top note citrus scents smell stronger immediately upon application, while a lavender middle note may be sensed after some time from application as the top note evaporates. I really do not mind the vetiver because this scent actually leans more on the feminine side due to floral notes. Citrus fruits are present, but do not push themselves into the foreground, appear somewhat subdued and not just lemony and nothing else. I dont get all of notes listed here, its neroli+citruses in the opening and lemon soap with some sweetness in the drydown that lasts 4-5 hours. He has kidnapped me, reminds me of hot days, I sit mentally between lemon trees and enjoy how all the aromas combine to a piquant, exciting perfume and I must constantly sniff.It smells sort of like an orange version of Mugler Cologne (which is also neroli dominant and totally unisex but is 'green' in character). If anyone is a fan of this, I have a 100ml full presentation bottle I would be willing to swap for just about anything.
