There will be a more coherent approach of improvement across the Post Compulsory Education and Training (PCET) sector through the CTER’s strategic duty to promote continuous improvement in the quality of tertiary education, including workforce professional development and learner views. Feedback redirects or refocuses the learner’s actions to achieve a goal, by aligning effort and activity with an outcome.
