About this deal

Now a little bit about the quality of the device, the application and the overall impression (artistic impression). I have been able to connect my phone via Bluetooth very easily and can thus play anything from there using any music app, although it does have a tendency to drop out when not actively playing and it's a bit of a pain to get it reconnected - quit player app, switch off BT, reboot S10, switch back on, reconnect to S10, restart play app. At the end of the day, if you’re looking for a really good performance for the money, clean, clear sound with next to no background noise from any of the inputs, tons of inputs, and a fairly stable app, with good support from the company, S10 is fully recommended. The S10 is a bit finicky and doesn’t really like to switch between sources without some sort of minor headache. I’m using it primarily to stream from my NAS drive, controlled by my iPad or iPhone, into a Denon AVRX 300 and out of KEF surround sound speakers.

The S10s remote control (for my set up) seems pointless but maybe it could be useful for other set ups. Nach dem DPD mal wieder versagt hat, hat der Verkäufer die Sendung mit DHL auf eigene Kosten verschickt. Connecting to Qobuz was as easy as selecting Qobuz from the app, inputting the username and password, and hey presto we had music.Although not 24-bit / 192k level audio output, this is an important "upgrade" from Sonos speakers and is on-par with the popular Analog Devices ADAU1701 performance. Once you’ve paired it and set up your input, scroll back up a bit and you’ll see the options you have at your disposal as far as streaming services.

Perhaps it’s a county thing, or maybe not paying for the Plus version but it’s not worth the struggle. This is to upgrade legacy Audio/Video Receivers of different brands around the house to multi-room play. The size is exactly the same footprint as the Lepai/Lepy amps that are popular for simple playback systems so that is a nice combo. I'm still not sure if it will be a music box with speakers inside (ala Devialeth Phantom), or an integrated amplifier with DAC and streamer (ala Unity Atom, Bluesound) or something else. Again, the S10 is a bit finicky in that once you select something, it REALLY wants to stick to that option.

The biggest difference is that while S10 cannot do any kind of digital output, AIO Connect has a really noisy analogue output and using it via its line out was almost impossible, the noise floor being generally very audible. Have you tried Wi Fi with BT active at the same time or starting in BT and then switching to Wi Fi on the 4Stream App…? On the front, an IR window, hardly noticeable, merged with the front side, and 4 LEDs for indicating the operating mode.

When you are near the S10 you can easily control it with the included remote control, in any other situation, you can open up the free app to control the volume of each Arylic device on your network, set up a multi-room network, create a True Wireless Stereo setup, adjust equalizer settings, and select the desired source. In all honesty, most people aren’t going to have much of a use for something like this simply because of how advanced technology has become. You can use our 10-band EQ control to enhance your listening experience with more bass, treble or mid-range. Bass der Fernbedienung noch angehoben, gleichzeitig aber auch den Limiter so programmiert, dass sich die Box bei hohen Lautstärken nicht selbst zerstört. The biggest value of this board is its multi-room synchronized audio capability, which applies to floor-stand 4-way speaker build as well. The audio quality is amazing, something you would get from a CD player, and it is extremely reliable.
