Driving in snow is already much more dangerous than normal driving - this is not a time or place for cutting corners! and held firmly in place by suction cups, this nifty product will prevent you from scraping your windscreen for five minutes every time there is a frost! On new years eve a couple of years ago I was in Northern Ireland and it snowed while we were at a friends house.
My friends wedding was nearly without flowers when the car carrying the table flowers got stuck at the bottom of a steep snowy hill on the A25. A dark country lane in the middle of winter, changing from sleet to snow an hour away from home, now its' getting hilly and progress difficult and dangerous. If you do drive on tarmac, be very careful with your braking, so please adjust your speed accordingly.
The mesh facing is therefore a very important part of the design, but unfortunately it’s not a cheap component.
