About this deal

She is neither pessimistic nor patronising but strikes a realistic balance in this latest addition to her comprehensive library.

The think I would like to tell you is that the end is the most special from any Jacqueline Wilson book I have read. Flora ' Floss' Barnes' mother and father split up when she was little and she wishes they'd get back together because she doesn't like her step-father, Steve, and her little half-brother Tiger. Jacqueline Wilson was one of my favourite authors growing up and I will continue reading her books as long as she keeps releasing them. I know her audience is supposed to younger but I'm still loving these books and I can't wait to read the rest I have on mount tbr. After losing the cafe and the flat, Billy the chip mentions he is to Australia to visit his son for one month and needs Floss and her father to live in his house while Charlie works in his chip van. When the fair comes back in town, Rose and Charlie consider dating, and Floss finds out both are interested in each other and get along well, while Rose lets Floss help her in the candy floss stall.

British author Wilson portrays heavy issues of poverty, bankruptcy, drunken/bawdy adult behavior, bullying and unconditional parental/child love through a determined protagonist and a group of believable secondary characters. flossie is a nice little girl who stays with her dad instead of going to Australia, but if i were her i would go to Australia because who would miss a chance to go to Australia?Flora starts of living with her mum and staying with her dad on the weekends but then Flora/Floss/Flossie has to make the decision of her life. But then her step-dad gets a promotion and her mum springs it on her that they are moving to Australia for 6 months. When her best friend turns on her she goes to the unpopular kid who turns out to be much nicer than her original one!

Its a lovely nightime read, and athough it wasn’t my favourite Jacqueline Wilson book Floss carried on dreaming in my head for many more nights! My Favorite Character Has To Be Floss, She Kind And Very Thoughtful And My Least Favorite Character Has To Be Rhiannon, She’s Nasty And A Bully. Jacqueline is also a great reader, and has amassed over 20,000 books, along with her famous collection of silver rings. He has produced over sixty of his own titles, including much-loved favourites Ketchup on Your Cornflakes and Shark in the Park. I LOVED IT IT WAS AMAZING THE BEGGING I NEARLY CRIED IT WAS SAD HER PARENTS BREAK UP AND IT MUST BE HARD TO DECIDE WHEARE TO GO SHE WANTED TO GO WITH HER MUM TO AUSTRALIA WITH HER MUM OR STAY WITH HER DAD IN THE CAFE I GOT IT FROM THE LIBARY.As her mum and Dad are divorced Floss has the choice of going with her Mum and her Mum’s new boyfriend or going to stay with her Dad. Floss lives with her mum, step-dad and half-brother Tiger, but when they announce that they’re moving to Australia, she faces a dreadful decision.
