The distillers at Southwestern Distillery combine two Caribbean rums: a Jamaican pot still rum and a Dominican column still rum. This is combined with coconut and lychee at the distillery on the wild Cornish coast to craft an exotic rum with no artificial flavours and no added sugar.They add them to a neutral grain spirit and allow them to macerate for 12 hours in their pot stills.
