The 400-page account of those who survived the tragic sinking of the largest ocean liner of that time and the heroes and villains of that infamous night have been laid out for the reader to judge. The author weaves first-hand recants with newspaper clips to present a first-hand experience of what it was like being on the Titanic. It was essentially partly the protection that damaged it, so it was almost as a result of their efforts to keep it safe - it wasn't safe - which I also find interesting, because the more you try to protect this book the worse you make it," Mr Maggs says. Or why not treat yourself to Afternoon Tea at the Titanic Hotel, where you can indulge yourself with our selection of divine sandwiches and pastries. But four days later, when the ship struck an iceberg, the loss of Titanic and over 1,500 passengers would become one of the most infamous maritime disasters in history. Complete with firsthand accounts from the last few survivors of the ship, stunning images of the discovery, and subsequent exploration of the wreck, the book provides an in-depth analysis into the last few hours of the Titanic. I would give this book a 4 out of 4 stars and would recommend it to anyone interested in reading about shipwrecks or the Titanic.

The 27-year-old and his parents, who came from the two wealthiest families in Pennsylvania, were among the most prominent passengers on the Titanic. The Model Spy is based on the true story of Toto Koopman, who spied for the Allies and Italian Resistance during World War II. It is simply the result of very careful study of previous Titanic material and I feel that if anyone deserves credit for exposing the true fate of these passengers then it must be Walter Lord. The Omar and the related material were permanently left to the institution after the death of Bray's widow Irene in 2004. She soon became his confidante, companion, and translator, traversing the Continent and finding herself caught in the winds of impending war. Her maiden voyage from England and Ireland would be the showstopper of the Atlantic, but the ship was also riddled with omens.
