I got it this weekend and still love it, I used the body spray and lotion and love being able to layer it all! Was so curious as to how this smells based on the reviews, some comparing it to Midnight Fantasy and Philosophy's Falling in Love.

I don't get the musk in it at all, which I love, to me it's dark and sweet and sexy, edible lovely darkness! It's smokey with rich plum and berry undertones and as the time wears on it evolves in a rose musk fashion into a truly sensual creation. Both the lotion and the body butter are much lighter scented than the body spray which is good-otherwise it might be a bit overwhelming.it's not something i would see myself wearing just because it's not the kind of fragrance family that i prefer, but i would definitely still enjoy this if i smelled it on someone else, and i think it's an overall well-blended fragrance. Months later, I found it in the back of my bathroom while moving and I sprayed it once and fell in love with it. In my opinion, this is NOTHING like Midnight Fantasy, which really is a lovely fragrance, and one in which the sweetness and vanilla is evident, and could I suppose, be considered a somewhat sexy scent.

And if you get a huge bottle of midnight fantasy online its way better than bath and body works version (which is 30 dollars for a smaller bottle).It was a little too heavy-handed on the patchouli and bergamot for me, but I can see this being signature-scent worthy - especially in cooler seasons/climates. Yes it’s full of very sweet dark berries and vanilla but the resins, incense and labdanum elevate it to just another level, so mysterious and intriguing.

I've only smelled Midnight Fantasy a handful of times and I have to agree it smells similar, but I don't own it enough to compare further. While I can see this as either a day or a night scent, I think it is most definitely a winter/ fall/ cold weather scent. Oddly enough musks and incense dissappear on my skin, my skin seems to draw out what is sweetest in every scent. The incense and musk adds to the scent some depth, something which I believe is lacking in some Philosophy scents. It starts off feeling a bit young because it's quite sweet, but the incense gives it a slightly darker vibe. I wear it for date nights at home and spray my clothes with it whenever I’m wearing La Nuit Tresor, Euphoria or even good old Poison. I just discovered that Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears smells almost identical to this, and can be layered together, if you want to go all-out dark and plummy delicious! When I first smelt it, it was like this huge burst of berries and flowers, almost like candy but less sugary and more creamy.Dark Kiss smells like vanilla frozen yogurt very generously topped with blueberry sauce with a great handful of juicy tangy berries thrown in. i usually like soft powdery perfumes so didn't enjoy it a lot at first but now i really like it and i like the longevity, it lasts for 6-7 hours easily. it's a smoky, fruity rose scent with some depth, and the longevity and projection on this are also pretty solid compared to other bath and body works mists. I can smell vanilla and spices, but honestly it is nothing really special and I doubt I woul ever purchase this. I don't know what's wrong with my sniffer, but I don't really get incense, maybe it's just there to add a foggy vibe to an otherwise straightforward dark-berry-syrup scent.
