The maison adds a unique dosage to each of its Brut Gold cuvées; aged for one year in French oak barrels, this creates an impressive toastiness and a creamy mouthfeel.

This winemaking touch offers a subtle complexity to the finished cuvees, introducing hints of pastry, vanilla and toast. Each step of the process is led by the human touch, from handpicking the grapes to polishing each bottle and hand-applying French pewter labels. In 2010, Armand de Brignac's flagship Brut Gold cuvee was rated the best Champagne in Fine Champagne magazine's tasting of 1,000 brands.
