The grapes for The Guv'nor come from a number of regions including Toro, La Mancha and Valdepentildeas ; the blend is made of local clones of the Tempranillo variety. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging like even more fruity-balsamic nuances.
