About this deal

Chunky pieces (heck, even thick-enough fruit/veg skin) can get stuck in the nozzle and make your life a real hassle. Still always going to be a little fiddly to clean out, but reassuring to have a brush that fits in to scrub the insides.

I first used it to make apple and mango puree, and I have to say I made the mistake of not cooking the apple enough and ended up with apple and mango all over the worktop, my floor and my top! I will certainly recommend the pouches, especially the mums who enjoy cooking homemade food for their babies. e) with some washing up liquid and some water (you may even be able to get a tiny bottle brush in there), although one thing I noticed is that sometimes it takes a bit of effort to clean around the spout if the food is mushed in there well enough; I just pulled a couple of bits out with a sharp knife. Alexander was non-plussed – he enjoys all food whether pouches or finger foods, so he happily ate them regardless. Peels: You can keep the peels on the pears and apples, just be sure to puree them very well so pieces don’t get stuck and prevent the mixture from going into the squeezie bags. After the bags are filled, unscrew the tubes from the top and carefully pull the bags out, keeping them level so they don't spill.

Use the included masher or a stick blender to prepare the baby food, then attach a baby food pouch and press the plunger to transfer the food. The reusable 150ml baby food pouches are sterile and ready for use whether you're on the go or at home. The Fill n Squeeze Pouch Filler and Squeezee Pouches Starter Pack is an innovative product that balances convenience with good old fashioned home cooking – it’s ideal for modern mums. Winner of numerous innovation awards in the UK, the Fill N Squeeze is the easiest way to make your own pouches.

Fun and yummy for kids of all ages, they can be filled with homemade smoothies, fruit purees and even warm porridge! As the instructions were not very clear for the Pouch filler jug and closure cap I had to work out what this was for. Although most of those chemicals are a result of heating plastic, so as long as you don't heat these pouches or leave in direct sunlight, you should avoid the problem by large. They say it’s “baby food made squeezee”, so I decided to give the Fill N Squeeze a go – anything to make life a little easier when you’re a mum and weaning, right? The pouches are pretty easy to clean, hot water and washing up liquid in the pouch, give it a few shakes and rinse (suitable to go in cold water steriliser too. A couple of pouches I brought have ended up with holes in them so I have brought more, it definitely has amazing value for money and I love using it and making my own food for my children. The pouches are transparent (easy to check for mold) and Infantino even included a little magnet with a chart so you can keep tabs on how long your homemade pouches should last (aka <3 weeks in the fridge).
