He can not leave it alone. It is very sturdy and easy to put together despite the large amount of small parts provided. We love the fact that it closes into a giant Batman figure. It is a really neat toy. We did notice it only comes with one action figure so make sure to look into more of those. My son was playing and instantly asked me where the joker was. All in all really great.

I got one and will give it as a Christmas gift to a five year old boy that I nanny for. Stands over 33 inches high! There are over 40 sounds and phrases. My nephew plays with this daily for a couple hours at a time. It's his favorite toy! If you have a little kiddo that loves Batman I'm sure he would love this.
