Needed to replace my old shower. This model was the right size with the right specifications. It was easily installed and works perfectly. Vast improvement on the previous T80 model. Fittings are same as T80 model, so instalation fitting was easy without any fuss. Would point out though take care when fitting cover make sure that the very small wires are positioned well away from the central area where the temperature dial on the outer cover fits onto the internal splined shift. Previous Triton T80xr required replacing and T100xr seemed the obvious like-for-like up-to-date replacement. Everything required was in the box. Just needed a few basic tools which were readily to hand.
Had this shower a few weeks no and am very happy with it. It’s much better than my last Triton which was getting on a bit. Looks nice and works well especially the push button to start. I'm very pleased with the Triton shower I bought from your company and I would recommend your company and I would buy from you again. Hello, are you saying the plunger lifts and presses on the mini microswitch or does it only work if you manually press the mini microswitch? if the plunger fails to lift, then you either have low pressure or the stab/solenoid valve is faulty part no P12120801. Very good product and was simple to install as a replacement unit. Instructions for unit were clear and very easy to follow. I bought this shower because we already have the exact same model. As I am under no illusion that ANY shower will last for ever I decided to get another while they are still available to keep as spare.

We bought the TX100xr to replace a broken electric shower that we inherited when we moved to a new home.
This was a replacement for our existing Triton shower. Have to say that it is excellent, a great performer, much better than the old Opal.The only annoyance is I wish the would standardise the water / power inlet positions and therefore make the swap over very simple.My existing shower is still working very well after many years of daily use and the only sign of ware is the fact that the power logo has worn from the on/off button from years of my wife’s long fingernails scratching away at it, other than that it still looks like new. I bought this shower as a replacement for an existing electric shower of the same model that had been installed around 8 years ago. It was very simple to fit, with the entire process taking just over an hour and this shower delivers a great deal of power and heat for an 8.5KW shower. Would definitely recommend The Triton arrived very rapidly and at a wonderfully low price. If functions beautifully and looks stylish. Its warranty is generous. Plumbworld was helpful, and a joy to work with.
