Not too much of what to expect is given away by the trailer but comic book fans will know Kang the Conqueror is a relative of Victor von Doom, aka Doctor Doom from the Fantastic 4. However, Shane isn't just a movie guy. He also loves video games. Super Mario Sunshine, The Last of Us Part 1 and 2, and Batman: Arkham City are some of his favorites. Music plays a big part in his life as well. Given that Shane's a big horror fan, you might be surprised to learn that he's a pop guy. Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Dua Lipa, The Jonas Brothers, and Demi Lovato play on repeat while he's writing. With the power of Pym particle technology, our hero shrinks to the size of an ant, unveiling the awe-inspiring marvels and lurking perils of this subatomic universe. When it comes to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), the smallest heroes can make the most significant impact, and that’s no exception for “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.”
The exclusive Pop! Moment captures the essence of Ant-Man’s daring exploits, making it a must-have addition to any Marvel collection. In his free time, Shane loves going for runs and playing with his 16-year-old beagle Butterscotch. Butters for short, she has been the greatest love of his and inspires him everyday, both creatively and emtionally. On top of that, he's now a huge collector. He loves Funko Pop, McFarlane Toys, and Neca's huge line of horror figures. In the last two years he has been going to a lot of conversations to buy an unhealthy amount of figures. This has also allowed him to meet some of his favorite filmmakers/actors like Mike Flanagan, Matthew Lillard, John Carpenter, Grace Caroline Curry, Steve Burns and Kathryn Newton. Of course, there will be a bunch of new Marvel Ant-Man and Wasp Funko Pops released but until they are confirmed by Funko it’s just speculation on my part. But it is safe to say we will get all new versions of Ant-Man and the Wasp in Funko Pop form. There will be at least one new Kang the Conqueror Funko Pop as well as an initial wave. But we won’t see too many Pops until we get more trailers and much closer to the release of the movie so as not to give away any spoilers.

The movie has the distinct misfortune of being the direct set-up for Avengers 5, aka Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. As such, almost all of its story is subsumed by the need to establish who Kang is and what the new iteration of the Avengers will be up against.
He’s not your average-sized superhero, but then again, neither is the Funko Pop Ant-Man figure line. And, this is precisely what makes them too adorable to ignore! However, they do all share a common trait, a through line that connects them, which Majors calls "the Kang gene in a nutshell." Avengers 5 will likely see that through-line crystallising into a plan that only the Avengers can stop (we hope). Maybe as a post-credit scene? But here is what we do know. Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania Spoilers Ahead! Ant-Man also has more Pop! vinyl releases from his other MCU movie appearances to collect, as well. Janet confesses that while she was trapped in the Quantum Realm she befriended a stranded Kang (yet to reveal his villainous ways) and was helping him escape when she realised, by touching his mind-melded ship, that he planned to eradicate various worlds to rule them all. To stop him escaping, she uses Pym particles to magnify the core of Kang's ship, stranding them both there.It's a theory that writer Jeff Loveness has spoken about, and we should perhaps listen to him as he is also the screenwriter for Avengers 5.
