Hellvape Dead Rabbit Pro RDA Airflow I have since writing this review used the Hellvape Dead Rabbit Pro RDA on my Dovpo Topside Dual Squonk Mod with the BF Pin installed and for a limited time on my Reewape Ruok Ghost 21700 Mech Mod. Pros The Dead Rabbit RDA’s have become famous in the vape world for being not only easy to build on, but catering for all types of airflow preferences, while being squonkable and also for their striking appearance. They are also priced competitively, enabling all vapers to jump on board with a dependable RDA for every day use. There are two airflow options on the Dead Rabbit 3 RDA, a wide open slotted design and a more restricted honeycomb pattern with fifteenholes. The airflow on both is actually sloped downwards towards the inside of the barrel to try and direct the airflow under the coils and I have to say that this does appear to have worked, I’ve been getting superb flavour out of it. Before building coils or using an RDA you should have a thorough knowledge of battery safety, Ohm's Law and vaping in general.

There’s nothing revolutionary going on here; it is pretty much what you’d expect a single coil Dead Rabbit to be. Building is dead simple, unscrew the flathead screws, place your coils then tighten them down. Clip the excess coil legs from underneath (a little bit more difficult on this version than previous) then you can get onto dry firing and teasing your coils to get rid of any hotspots. I had a little trouble with getting my clippers in under the posts, so I pre-cut mine, you may have to also, as the posts are significantly lower on this version.Around the outside of top of the main structure is the removable airflow control ring that consists of 7 slashed slots to each side. Hellvape Dead Rabbit Pro RDA offers three airflow modes: bottom airflow, side airflow, and bottom airflow + side airflow, allowing you to fully customise your vaping preference. For a long time, the Dead Rabbit RDA was the best RDA you could get. But the vaping world moves fast and since its release in 2017 there have been multiple RDAs that have taken its place. This 4 piece RDA is a pleasure to use, due to how easy it is to build on, and it’s versatility for vapers who like different vaping styles. Love to drip? No problems! You’re a squonker? You’re covered there too! You can even get a mouth to lung draw from it, even if it’s built mainly for larger airflow and bigger, denser clouds.

As always with any Hellvape product, the V3 RTA has a good and solid construction with a great design quality! As you can see from my build photos above, Hellvape have rounded your coil posts out on the new version, this helps the airflow get around the posts easier, enhancing the flavour of this new RDA over the previous versions.
