He isn't wrong, M+15s have always been harder than heroic raids. However we cannot have an infinite, un-gated supply of gear (that equals or surpasses Heroic raiding) coming from Mythic+ or it would invalidate raiding entirely (see last expansion). I think this is a good spot to be in, with M+15's giving just below heroic ilvl. If you do 8 or more keystone runs: you get three pieces of loot to choose from in The Great Vault. The first item's level will be based on the highest level keystone run you completed. The second item's level will be based on the FOURTH HIGHEST keystone run you completed. The third item's level will be based on the EIGHTH HIGHEST keystone run you completed.

All they need to do now is add a mythic equivalent to the loot table so that high end players aren't getting shafted on rewards for doing their favorite content. Making 20+ keys drop mythic raid equivalent is the perfect solution. 20s are at a difficulty where not everyone will reach a point in the patch where they can farm them for gear, and players capable of pushing those keys and higher should get rewarded with mythic quality gear to feel more rewarded for clearing that difficulty of content.That being said, your group composition will always be one tank, one healer, and three DPS. Multi-tank strategies are not viable, no matter how much you think they should be.
