About this deal

So many amazingly hilarious and adorable sibling and family moments. And of course we get our much-needed Thatch-fix too! Despite being the epitome of tall, dark, and incredibly handsome, Remington Winslow has been single for most of his life. It’s cliche and easy until you consider the fact that he was once left at the altar in a horrific moment. And the best part about this series is that it’s so interconnected (but all standalones) & we get to see each brother in every book. As well as a mysterious fortune teller who just so happens to be very very good at what she does 😏 Did I spend my Wednesday shirking all responsibilities and reading this book? You bet I did. And I have zero regrets. Because Max Monroe definitely saved the swooniest and the best of the brothers for the end. Though, to be fair, I love Flynn (from The Pact) the most still, but Remy is almost sharing that spot. This book made me laugh, sigh and just swoon a whole lot and that’s exactly what I love about Max Monroe’s books. You’re so rarely bored! This is the fourth and final book in the Winslow Brother series and it totally felt like coming home. By now in the series we have gotten to know them all so well, but it was this huge comfort feeling finally getting the eldest brother, Remy's story.

The Redo is a little bit longer, but every word was perfect and necessary for closing out the series. The story flips a few times between past and present Remy and Maria. It really helps explain how these two fall so easily in love and into each other's lives again. Not only is their love sweet, but it’s hella hot too! These two bring a new meaning to the mile high club and it is completely unsafe and 100% HOT HOT HOT. They know how to do vacation y’all! I love how the elevator played such a big role in the relationship between the two. And it was such a wonderful meet cute!!! Remy is the oldest of the Winslow siblings and the most guarded when it comes to his heart. After being left at the alter he’s sworn off relationships and is content with his decision. He spends most of his time working and also spending time with his family. With everything that Remy’s gone through he deserves to find happiness and have someone be on the receiving end of his love and care because he has a lot to give even if he doesn’t think so. While Remy and Maria have their shared love history, that doesn't mean it is an easy road. But I just swooned over Remy in his perfectly imperfect pursuit, persistence and determination to take care of his Ria. Maria does her best to remain firmly independent and tries valiantly to not need or want to need Remy's help. Little Izzy has her own ideas about how that should go and these two are on their way to realizing what everyone else already knows; they never fell out of love in the first place. He never downplays her need to be in control of every minute of her life, he just encourages her to take it easy. And Maria, what a strong character. He’s been through a lot and lost even more, but he still keeps his head up and overcomes. Maria’s work has always come first and her struggle to find a balance between her old life and her new life really shakes her. But she does, and I admire her for it.After being left down the aisle 14 years ago, Remy is a little weary of love and relationships. One night stands are fun and enjoyable, but meeting Maria again and being forced to spend the whole time in an elevator with her brings out all the feelings he thought he was turning off. I did have some other favorite things about this book. You know it’s the Winslow family. I don’t think I’ll ever get enough of them. There was so much text message goodness between the brothers. Winnie and mama Wendy brought the love and support. Remy and Lexi had some touching and funny moments in their uncle/niece relationship. Even Thatcher Kelly (we’ll call him family at this point) showed up to bring the laughs. Having all these people involved made Remy and Maria’s romance even more fun than it already was. The laugh factor is so off-the-charts, we do NOT recommend reading this book in public or next to a light-sleeping spouse or child. Needless to say, my current status isthorny. And no, I didn’t miss how close that word is to another one.

Maria only had her mother and younger sister but now it is just her until a blast from the past just happens to be on her same elevator. So, just consider this a warning. A big warning. THE REDO is going to make you laugh your booty off, but it will also hit you directly in the feels and give you the overwhelming urge to take your clothes off. Use caution when reading this book in front of others. According to the ladies, they are living their best lives, spending their days writing stories that make people smile and swoon. And it helps that they are such close friends. They understand one another on a fundamental level. Welcome to Shh... And I’m just trying to survive a tangled web of unexpected motherhood and run one of the best real estate companies in town that never sleeps.

But, ever since she met Kline Brooks, Georgia’s understanding of men has changed. Kline is a billionaire bad boy that doesn’t exactly fit the mold. i don’t know if its just a cultural thing, or a book-world thing, but if a baby’s parents are dead, and you are carrying their baby (never knew that was a thing before some celebrity did it tbh & i dunno seems fishy just renting out your uterus?), does the baby not have aunts, cousins, other family that YOU could go to just because they are unable to come to you?? ever thought of that maria? hmm 🙂 He’s the jaded guy who doesn’t want to settle down, and I’m the career-minded woman with more luggage than a 747 can carry.
