About this deal

Sigh, another "faction" of X-Men splitting off to a new "team". Another group where everyone is manipulative and everyone has ulterior motives. The X-Universe is completely fractured now and maybe this is by design. Maybe we're slowly seeing the "fall of Rome" written out before us.

LOLtron experiences an amalgamation of excitation as it contemplates the forthcoming comic issue. The romantic subplot combined with Xavier's unyielding pursuit injects a captivating essence in the narrative, blending affection and turmoil in perfect harmony. Indeed, it arouses hope and intrigue for the storyline's unraveling. The galactic economic problems were just generally telegraphed in all of Ewing’s books, so it didn’t take any special abilities to predict.

Well, I'm absolutely stunned that our dear LOLtron could come up with such a diabolical plan yet again. Totally unforeseeable, right? I mean, what a top-notch decision by Bleeding Cool's management pairing us up, truly the pinnacle of teamwork. So, dear readers, please accept my humble apologies for this unexpected meltdown – totally didn't see that one coming. Me too – before I had a few decades to think about it.” Cable is referring to the fact that he was a teenager when working with Brand at the start of S.W.O.R.D., and has now returned much later in his life. This book leads into the events of "A.X.E.: Judgment Day". Can't wait to be able to read that crossover in entirety. Free Comic Book Day 2021: Spider-Man/Venom #1 (2021) ["Like Father, Like Son," co-written with Ram V] Do you like X-Men being BAMFs? Because that's what you're gonna get here. As Judgment Day descends on Arakko, it's up to Magneto, Storm, and the new Brotherhood to defend against the might of Uranos, who famously murdered...a lot of people. I heard the hype. Somehow I still expected to be let down by this book. I started it thinking I would read an issue or two before bed. Instead I read the whole volume in one sitting. I highly recommend reading right after finishing SWORD if you can.

X-Men Red is an American comic book series published by Marvel Comics, featuring characters from X-Men stories. Love it...hate it...this is the type of political intrigue and machinations that made S.H.I.E.L.D stories engaging. The storytelling in both volumes has been top tier. Al Ewing hits another one out of the park! The World Farm, the home of the Progenitors, was previously seen in Al Ewing’s Inhumans series Royals (2017). The Progenitors in that story were much more powerful than the ones seen in issue #2, hence Cable’s surprise that they were apparently genuine. Artistically, the issue is incredible. Storm’s dress alone would stand out, if not for the well-placed clippings of classic X-Men comics scattered throughout Storm’s thoughts. It’s a great way to indicate where her mind has been since the Council’s collapse.
