The ArcEquine is incapable of causing damage or harm as the device puts out between 0-400uA to match the body’s internal microcurrent. The ArcEquine delivery unit needs charging. 6 week programme 

If the instructions have been followed and the device has been removed after the 3-hour programme then it is impossible for the ARC to cause any such wounds. If the device is left strapped on for too long, or over any irritated, damaged, unhealthy skin, then there could be some reactions to the pads and gel.
