Hayman's Old Tom Gin - This gin has a sweet taste and has a milder taste than other London Dry Gins. It is an example of an old world style gin. I won’t reveal all the secrets here, as it would ruin the surprise for the tour! But it’s fascinating to see the equipment up close and take a peek inside.
