When I started smoking weed in late 2018, I decided right off that I needed to get a vaporizer because my lungs were dying from pipes and joints. I wanted to support local (Canadian) and saw that Utillian was a Canadian company. I got a Utillian 421 as my first vape, but a year later upgraded to a Utillian 722 in 2020 because the 421 wasn’t doing well. I have used the Utillian 722 pretty much every day since I got it, minus a couple days here and there for work. I am by no means a Utillian fan or promoter.

The Utillian 722 has a minimalistic and functional design; it comes with nice rounded edges and fits intuitively in your palm. The device uses a single-button operation, which makes it easy to use and suitable for beginners. The control button is conveniently situated on your thumb or index finger when you grab it. Besides that, the 722 is easy to fill up due to the crease on the side of the chamber. The vapor Body is metal (very bottom is hard plastic) with hard plastic straw and innards. The chamber/oven is metal. We’ve seen longer battery life like the Zeus ARC GTS with 1.5 hours or the Arizer Air MAX with 2+ hours, but those units come with a higher price tag. The battery isn’t swappable and is charged via micro-USB, which definitely isn’t our favorite. Utillian 722 Vaporizer Portability The user manual says not to soak the entire magnetic cap section because that could damage its rubber coating. Clean with a Q-tip and rinse under water instead and make sure they are dry before using again. I find that if you just brush out the bowl with a dry Q-tip after each session, there’s really no need to break out the alcohol unless you’ve gone a while without cleaning it.This is a good amount of time of vaping during the day and lighter users won’t have to charge their 722 vaporizers for a day or two. The Utillian 620 uses a lot of the same tech as the Utillian 722, except in a much more portable frame and opting for a glass mouthpiece which make it a great vaporizer for beginners. It’s more convection heating based, and uses a convection helix spiral to help agitate and heat the hot air that it intakes. The vapor flavor and quality aren’t the absolute best on the market when it comes to portable vaporizers, but it is extremely consistent and can pump out massive clouds. The fact that the boost function can extract THC better than most other devices on the market is just the cherry on top.The AirVape Legacy Pro functions similarly to the Utillian 722, except it’s a bit easier to use and has swappable batteries. You’ll have a few different kinds of mouthpieces to choose from, as well as a concentrate mode that will fire the oven up to 500F.
