Trappey’s Louisiana Hot Sauce is like an amped up Cajun sauce, big on vinegary flavor and salt, but light on heat. That lower heat, though, makes it very usable. A surprisingly light blueberry taste and mild heat (for a marketed habanero-based sauce), but very tasty nonetheless. It’s also more usable than you may think for a sauce that’s berry-based. A super-hot sauce, Dave's Insanity still brings a nice bit of flavor to the table. Though this is still a sauce you'll want to use in drops, if you're not an extreme eater. The label design is fun and ironic.

It is also important to store dragon sauce properly to ensure it stays fresh and flavorful. Keep it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. It can last for up to 6 months.
