My interest in learning and trying new recipes has spiked since the beginning of this year and I do think this has something to do with my son’s baby-led weaning journey. Yes, there are quite a few ingredients but a lot of them are spices and the prep is easy, just a bit of chopping. There are eight chapters, from Breakfast and Brunch (full English shakshuka, anyone?) and Stovetop Suppers (cod and chorizo, and coq au vin cobbler), to Puddings and Cakes (starring chocolate brownies and spiced baked plums).
