Walk along Alma Terrace, Heathfield Road, and Magdalen Road, passing the Beatrix Potter primary school. You’ll pass near Wandsworth Prison. This walk is perfect for you if you enjoy a mix of high streets and side streets, secret passageways, and great local atmosphere.

My Hampstead walk winds its way through the area’s eye-catching side streets, giving you an overview of the neighborhood and its hidden lanes as you go. It also features a number of good local Hampstead pubs. Notice this cool bridge while passing through the woods, named after British GP and MP Alfred Salter. The next of my secret London walks is in Richmond. This area in southwest London is worth a visit for its riverfront atmosphere, expansive green spaces, and famous filming locations. It’s one of my favorite parts of London to explore. Walk through Cloudesdale Road, Elmfield Road, and reach Balham High Road. Pass Du Cane Court and continue on Balham Park Road. These are some great residential streets to take in the beautiful homes and charming streets. Next on my list of secret London walks is a themed London literary walk. This self-guided walk goes through several central London neighborhoods.

This is one of the most beautiful hidden walks in London, with wooded areas, incredible greenery, posh park paths, great architecture, and creepy cemetery vibes.Wander around Golders Hill Park and West Heath, where you’ll see incredible flower gardens, the zoo, lush woods, and panoramic views. This is a great walk for kids and dogs, too. After passing under a railway bridge, you’ll enter Canbury Gardens, a great spot for relaxation and refreshments. Exit the common and cross into Fontenoy Road. Turn right into Bedford Hill and then left into Ritherdon Road. Continue through Ravensbury Terrace, Haslemere Avenue, and Lucien Road.
