I’ve ridden in plenty of Castelli bib shorts over the years, but never any from the Free Aero range.

However, I preferred the chamois pad on the Assos shorts and their overall ventilation properties. If I was parting with my own cash, although my wallet would suffer a haemorrhage, I’d probably pay up for the Assos pair.No microphone. The RC Pro, DJI RC and Smart Controller have built-in screens, while the RC-N1 does not have a screen and is instead used with a mobile device; My only gripe with these shorts is the ventilation, which is sound but not outstanding. The 15 to 35°C range is quite wide, but I found the shorts warm to ride in at around 23°C. The controller can go for as long as six hours when not charging the mobile device being used with it.Most folks running a professional aerial photography operation will want to upgrade to the DJI RC Pro, which uses the latest-generation processor, offers expanded storage capacity and is built with powerful O3+ video transmission technology. And the DJI drone combos that it comes in tend to be cheaper than the combos featuring the respective smart controllers.
