Down in the firebox, you’ll find a series of vents running along each of the two long sides. A long vent cover on each side allows you to control the air intake with a surprising amount of accuracy for a small grill. A lid – I like to be able to cover my food when cooking to infuse it with the smoke. This lid will also hook on the side to provide a wind-break;What you see there are two smoke roasted, garlic and rosemary oil coated Camembert cheeses that we had on a camping trip. I managed to set up a two-zone cook, so the cheese was roasted indirectly, and added some applewood to add a touch of smoke. Lid on, I used the vents to perfectly control the temperature. Uses Weber 445g disposable gas canisters, or similar - can be converted to fit refillable Patio gas bottles using the separately purchasable Weber Adaptor Kit - 8482. The design of the grille surface makes both traditional barbecue cooking and grilling possible. Alternatively, put the lidon and you have a small gas oven that you can use to cook larger pieces of meat, or practically anything. The total cooking area on that grille is 406 square centimetres (160 square inches). The bowl and lid are both porcelain-enamelled, and the lid has three heatproof glass-reinforced nylon handles. There’s a simple push button ignition switch, so you don’t have to worry about matches to light the gas. The grate itself is also porcelain-enamelled and there’s one stainless steel burner to create the cooking heat. Basically, we deliver the advice and insight you need, you get the gear you want, and then everyone wins. Pretty straightforward. Love this. Bought it for camping, but didn't use this time. However, it is nice and compact, and easy to fit in the car. I put my charcoal and lighters inside the BBQ, so less room used up.

This BBQ is super easy to put away, and you can keep it indoors or outside in your garden storage. Though if you are storing it outdoors, you may want to cover it or keep it in an area of your patio that's shielded from the water to avoid rusting. Ours fits in a kitchen cupboard, and we do leave it outside sometimes. We've left it out in the rain and it still looks good as new. There are online BBQ charts that lay out temperatures and cook times for the majority of your favorite grilled foods. The plated-steel grate won’t cook as nicely as a cast iron grid, but we understand sacrifices have to be made to keep the weight down, or suddenly it’s not so portable. Will I Get Value for My Money?
