This healthy dairy-free alfredo sauce is so healthy, gluten-free and 100% oil-free. It is also just 8 ingredients (+salt). Pour in your plant based milk of choice, I like to use oat or soya milk. Then whisk the bowl contents into a smooth batter. Use a big sturdy enameled cast iron pan for best results. This type of pan is going to ensure that the heat circulates evenly as your noodles and veggies simmer together! Add 3 washed and dried red peppers to a tray and bake for around 30-40 minutes or until they start to have dark charred patches.
