The Aton M has a two step system to remove the carrier from the base. First, press down on a smaller white button on top of the base, near the load leg, then press a larger white button that’s perpendicular to the first button. This is the same lower anchor issue that we found with the Cybex Sirona M. Thankfully in this case, there is an easy solution: install the base with the vehicle seat belt instead.

This spacing meant that the lower anchor connectors are so long that they take up the entire space between the belt path and the anchors themselves.
