iv also started with FS-greens my gut is getting much better, i have celiacs recently diagnosed last year im 37 so its had alot of dysfuntion and im actually feel nourished and healthy for the first time since birth! If you're not a big chocolate fan, don't panic, Free Soul has several other flavours available including Vanilla, Salted Caramel, as well as Strawberries and Cream. I started taking these PCOS tablets 2 week ago ago. Within 3 days I had a noticed light spotti g when wiping my body and brain are becoming very happy which is making me very happy, just have this feeling of contentness.my first in over 6 months . My acne is clearing up and I generally feel much more awake and less irritable. I am hoping they will regulate my hormones enough so I can ovulate but don’t think I’ve been taking them for long enough yet. The only downside is that the tablets are quite large but they are worth it. I'm especially pleased with the added vitamin 6, B12, and iron to the protein blend as this is a must for me. You don't need to use the steel shaker exclusively for protein, it's excellent for water, too, as the steel keeps it nice and cold. How we tested it: Free Soul vegan protein shakes are some of the best protein shakes out there. They taste wonderfully smooth and creamy and with no grittiness or weird aftertaste.

The taste wasn’t great but I got over it - I felt abnormally emotional and extremely sad, like I could break down at any moment for weeks while taking this product! It's the Maca extract as it influences the estrogen levels in the body I have found after research. Bought the chocolate chip version of the vegan pancakes to try - and oh my yummy goodness! I personally paired the mix with oat milk which is my plant milk go to. Actually gorgeous and so much good stuff! So nice to be able to pancakes guilt-free and get an energy burst from the protein instead of a sugar crash. This is the second time I have tried this, and it tastes wonderful I would definitely recommend it.If you sometimes have protein shakes because you don’t have time for breakfast or lunch, then I’d recommend that you also take a look at Free Soul meal replacement shakes. I'm not a vegan so this wasn't the reason I tried this product. What attracted me to it was the suggestion that it helps balance the hormonal imbalances. The idea is good but I found the product to be quite chalky. Unless formula improves, I won't buy it again.

I love that Free Soul's protein shake powder is free from artificial sweeteners, but the natural sweetener they use makes it WAY too sweet! Is there any chance you could bring the powders out without sweetener and then we can add our own if we choose?
