About this deal

They are very stylish and trendy like most shoes these days yet comfortable enough to wear all day at the zoo without wanting to rip them off. For daily wear, the Nano X3 does an okay job, but I think this is an area where the Nano X2 actually has a small edge. Since this model’s upper runs a little more snug, I find the Nano X2 to be a little more comfortable for all-day wear. The x3 is known for its capabilities in the CrossFit world, but now with the heel pod and heel cup, it can be used for powerlifting and short snappy runs as well with ease. I know, it’s pretty difficult to picture what I mean and I’m not the best at explaining the physical construction piece in writing, so in my review, I’ll be sure to include a picture and clip of the chassis to help give you more context.

Price Assessment When you think of the fitness realm, there's a number of brands synonymous with the category. In terms of training-specific footwear, both Reebok and Nike have longstanding presences in the field, delivering timeless shoes offering up plenty of performance and support, regardless of your workout discipline. The Nano X3s have an updated tread pattern on the rubber outsole. The change intends to create superior traction and stability across movements. The ROPEPRO+ rope guard has also been enhanced to minimize damage to vulnerable parts of the upper and outsole. Heel

Reebok Nano X3 vs X2: What’s New?

Like the popular Nike Metcon, No Bull, and Vans Ultrarange, these shoes are making waves in the fitness industry. The Nano was already a hit before but with the new tech involved, I’ve noticed many more people using them in the gym! That being said, If you have notably narrow feet and typically feel like you’re swimming in Nanos, then in your case, you may want to size down a half size to play it safe, but I think that will be the only exception in this model. The Nano X3s feature a breathable knit upper made of Reebok’s FlexWeave material, same as the last several iterations of the Nano. While this construction makes the upper very breathable and flexible, it’s not as durable as something like the SuperFabric on NOBULL Trainers. Still, the reinforced toe box helps ensure you won’t poke holes through the top of your shoes. It’s not a bad price to pay for a flexible forefoot and midfoot, anyway. Midsole The Reebok Nano x3 is the latest version in the Nano series with a new heelcup design and a cushion pod in the heel known as the lift and run chassis.

To discuss the performance of the Reebok Nano X3, I tried to take these shoes through a wide range of workouts. I tested this model for heavier weight training, CrossFit, and versatile training, and have used them for short runs. Home » Reebok Nano X3 Review (2023 Update) | Strong and Well-Rounded Performance? Reebok Nano X3 Review (2023 Update) | Strong and Well-Rounded Performance? I have yet to have issues with my shoe’s durability when it comes to rope climbs which is a good sign with the volume that I program climbs. Testing the Reebok Nano X3 for Versatile Training The first thing to like about the Reebok Nano X3 is its range of performance. I like how well-rounded this model is and that it performed well for the wide range of training tasks I’ve thrown at it. Yep, CrossFit shoes. Each year around the month of February, apparel behemoth Reebok releases its much-anticipated new iteration of the Reebok Nano. If you’re a CrossFit fiend, you probably look forward to this every year.

Is the Reebok Nano X3 good for running?

For versatile training, including HIIT, athletic-style sessions, and hybrid workouts, I’ve enjoyed the performance of the Nano X3. This shoe does a good job of blending responsiveness with stability for this training context. My only gripe with the Nano X3 for versatile training is that they do take a bit of time to break in which I’ve mentioned already in this article. I would not expect these to feel perfect the first time you wear them and I’d give them a week or two to feel better for this training style. Testing the Reebok Nano X3 for Short Runs and Daily Wear Review written on 29th June by Josh McClurg Josh McClurg is from western Pennsylvania, close to Pittsburgh. He is 33 years old and is a diesel mechanic for work and a fitness fanatic for hobby. The Nano X3’s Flexweave upper hugs the foot a little tighter and it gives this model a truer fit, so if you often felt like you were swimming in the Nano X2 then you should be in the camp that enjoys this change. The flat wide bottom almost slaps the ground as you run. Minimal running in the gym they worked okay but I did run a 5k in them to get a real running experience and it’s just not what they are made for.
