Clearwater Multifunction Tablets are an effective and hassle-free way of maintaining clear and healthy spa water. They contain a combination of chemicals that act in a number of ways. These slow-release tablets contain chlorine, algaecide and water clarifier. The chemical dispenser slowly releases the mini-tablets into the water, making this a completely hassle-free way of treating your water even for the user with a busy schedule. It is important to thoroughly clean every part of your Lay-Z-Spa before putting it into storage. Use an antibacterial spray or soapy water and wipe around the inner part of the liner, the outside, inflatable lid and top cover. More rigorous cleaning may be required at the waterline and on the base. After a thorough clean, give everything a rinse and wipe down with a damp cloth. You may find it easier to have the liner on its side and rinse the inside and outside with a hose. Clean filters and accessories Mildew and mold thrive in damp conditions so it is really important to make sure your Lay-Z-Spa is completely dry before putting it away. We would recommend drying your inflatable hot tub before deflating it as it is then easier to dry all areas including under the AirJet™ belt. Use cloths and old towels to completely dry every part of your liner, lid and top cover. Always add the chemicals to the water. If you are going away we would suggest emptying the hot tub and cleaning it so the water is not left to go stagnant. Do not re-fill until you return from your trip.

Clearwater pH Plus , also known as ‘pH increaser’ is the best way to increase pH levels that have dropped below the recommended level. To avoid skin discomforts and enable the chlorine in your spa to work effectively, it’s vital that acidity is monitored and controlled. The recommended pH balance of spa water is between 7.2 and 7.6.
Our Verdict on the Lay-Z-Spa Hawaii Model of Inflatable Hot Tub
There should be an inner and an outer liner, with the outer being the larger of the two. Lay-Z-Spa has numerous patents to their name and one of them is the TriTech fabric which they use to make their hot tubs more durable. This fabric sports a triply strong textile which increases performance threefold. It is incredibly difficult to pierce this material without a blade. If you drag it when filled with water it may be enough to tear it, but you would have to be capable of lifting the hundreds of kilos of water within the hot tub, to be able to do so… so it isn’t really anything to panic over.
