With 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) resolution, you can enjoy a pin sharp, stunningly realistic picture with beautifully natural motion and incredible detail.
Although this TV doesn't support any advanced gaming features or a 120Hz input, it does have Auto Low Latency Mode. Although picture quality isn't good on either, the Hisense does a better job at upscaling low-resolution content like from DVDs and cable boxes, and it gets a bit brighter. The Hisense, on the other hand, is a better choice for a wide seating arrangement, as the image remains accurate when viewed at an angle.
Above the LFE, the sound profile is fairly well-balanced at moderate volume, resulting in clear dialogue. There's very little difference in the pixel response time between different transitions; they're all just okay. It follows the target PQ curve fairly well for dark scenes, but there's a sharp roll-off at the peak brightness, causing a loss of fine details in bright scenes. Check that all connections are fully inserted on both your TV and viewing source (for example, an aerial or a Sky box).
The units we tested of each have the same panel type, but they both have variants with different panel types too. The Hisense A6G and the Vizio D3 Series 2021 use different panel technologies, each with strengths and weaknesses.
